2024 Tulip Fields Are Open!

We have several hundred thousand tulips in bloom right now with more coming every day. The earliest 50,000 are beginning to fade, as expected. By this Saturday, the 27th, 5 - 600,000 tulips will be in bloom along with the 50,000 daffodils. We expect the blooms to be excellent through May 5. After that totally depends on temperatures. (Tulips like cooler weather.)

Join our newsletter and watch social media posts for up to date information on when the tulips and daffodils will bloom.

We have received many very nice comments and notes from people who enjoyed the colors in the field and the lakeside festival area with music, games, and food trucks.

We will continue to keep you updated here, through Facebook, and our newsletter for 2024.

Yes, that’s right! Tulips – the flower of Passion!

PLUS many of last year's tulips look like they will also be in bloom.

  • 350,000 bulbs - 40 different varieties new this spring and 300,000 from each of the previous 2 years.
  • New this year...50,000 daffodils were planted last fall along with the tulips!
  • Over 900,000 are in colorful blocks
  • 1 free tulip with each ticket purchased

The weather determines the dates of when the tulips bloom, but we expect they will be in full bloom or nearly full bloom sometime during mid-late April through mid-May...2-3 weeks of bloom time. Check our Facebook page regularly for up-to-date information. The tulips are planted near our own, private 36 acre lake for an absolutely beautiful setting. The gift shop on the adjacent Adventure Farm grounds will be open for gifts, wine tasting, our own fresh donuts, popcorn, kettle corn, and indoor restrooms. It’s about a ½ mile walk, or you may drive, from the tulip fields parking area.

You are welcome to bring your dog if it is on a leash and plays well with others.

No drones are allowed on our property.

Wheelchair accessibility: The tulips have been planted in a hay field, so the ground is a farm field with some lumps and bumps. The walkways are mostly a grass/weed mixture, but still with lumps and bumps. If it has recently rained, the ground turns a little mushy. The parking area is rough grass. From the tulip fields, the ground slopes down to the festival area with the food trucks, picnic tables, weekend music, etc. The slopes are within ADA guidelines. Because the ground is rough, some people may need assistance getting their wheelchair back up the hill. We have made every effort to make these lumpy fields as wheelchair friendly as possible, but you must decide on the capabilities of yourself or the person you are attending.
